YOU are now a member of this friendly and hard-working
organisation . . . . This organisation is an important link between home and school. Much of its work is involved in fund-raising for those extras for the children that the school cannot afford otherwise. You will be receiving many newsletters about such events, so please do join in. If you are willing to help at any of the events, please let us know - you will be made very welcome indeed. If you are willing to serve the school by joining the informal Committee meetings, again please let us know - and if you feel a little awkward about coming to such a meeting, come with a friend, and hopefully join us at one of the local pubs afterwards so that staff and parents get to know each other in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Do join in - after all it's your school, your Friends Association, and most important, it's all done to support our children and their future. A list of Committee members is posted in the front entrance hall adjacent to the pay phone. The Friends Association (FOSBA) has its own page on this web site where they put adverts and reports on activities along with photos if available.
